Terms of Service

These terms apply to polytrace.app ("PolyTrace", "we", "us"): the website, its free and paid features, the PolyTrace Telegram bot and email alerts, and the PolyTrace browser extension (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.

PolyTrace organizes and analyzes trading activity on Polymarket that is publicly recorded on the Polygon blockchain: large trades, wallet histories, positions and market-level summaries.

• PolyTrace is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.
• We do not operate a market, accept bets or orders, hold funds, or execute trades, and the Service does not give access to Polymarket.
• Whether you may use Polymarket or any other prediction market depends on the law where you are. You are responsible for following it.

Everything on PolyTrace — figures, labels, scores, rankings, alerts and any other analysis — is general information. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any position. Past results of any wallet do not predict future results.

The data comes from public sources and our own processing. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Decisions you make with it are yours.

You sign in with a third-party identity provider (currently Google). Keep access to that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your PolyTrace account. An account is for one person and may not be shared.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

The free plan and PolyTrace Pro include the features and limits described on the pricing page. We may change features and limits over time; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell subscribers before it takes effect.

• Pro is a subscription billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices are set in US dollars; checkout may show and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency. Taxes are added where they apply.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• If we change the price of Pro, the new price applies from your next renewal after we have told you, and you can cancel before it does.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and bank details go to Stripe and its affiliates, not to us.

Purchases may be sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record. When checkout says so, Link is the seller of record for that transaction: it charges you, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts, and handles payment and billing support under its own terms. We remain responsible for providing the Service.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You may not:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service, or call its internal APIs, other than ordinary use of the website and the extension;
• get around plan limits, rate limits, sign-in or other technical controls;
• resell, share or sublicense access to a paid plan;
• use the Service to break the law, to harm others, or to interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

How you may use, quote and republish PolyTrace data is set out in the Data Use License, which forms part of these terms.

The Service, its software and design, and the analysis we create are owned by us or our licensors. Public blockchain records, and Polymarket names, market text and marks, belong to their respective owners.

The Service links to and works with services we do not control — Polymarket, Google, Telegram, Stripe and Link among them. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue PolyTrace Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@polytrace.app. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in California. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or any right you have to bring a claim there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will notify subscribers by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
