PolyTrace Data Use License v1.0

“Licensed Data” means the compilation, selection, organization, labels, scores, and analytical outputs created by PolyTrace and displayed on polytrace.app, but only to the extent PolyTrace holds rights in them.

It does not include underlying blockchain facts, Polymarket market data or market text, trademarks, logos, or other third-party material. Those remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. PolyTrace is independent and is not affiliated with Polymarket.

Subject to these terms, PolyTrace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Licensed Data for:

• personal, non-commercial use;
• academic or non-commercial research; and
• analysis performed internally within your own organization.

You may quote limited excerpts in research, reporting, or commentary when the excerpt is not a substitute for the PolyTrace service and the attribution below is included.

Any permitted public excerpt must identify PolyTrace as the source, link to the page where the data appeared, and state the date it was accessed. A suitable attribution is:

Unless PolyTrace gives prior written permission, you may not:

• sell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the Licensed Data in bulk;
• use the Licensed Data to build, train, enrich, or operate a customer-facing product, data feed, model, or service that substitutes for or competes with PolyTrace;
• use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract the site or Licensed Data at scale; ordinary indexing by general-purpose search engines is allowed;
• access or use internal APIs, evade technical controls, or exceed published rate limits; or
• imply that PolyTrace or Polymarket endorses or is affiliated with your use.

The Licensed Data is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Nothing on PolyTrace is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Your permission under this license ends automatically if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using and distributing the Licensed Data, except for copies that applicable law requires you to retain.

This is version 1.0. PolyTrace will keep this version available at its current URL. Any materially different future license will be published at a new versioned URL and will apply only as stated there.
